These 60 – 90 minute sessions are for men to experience deep relaxation and connect with their body and core in a safe and private environment.
Guided meditation can be effective for:
• Relieving pent up stress and reducing performance anxiety
• Increasing connection and heightened experiences within the body
• Reducing guilt, shame and stigma
• Learning to be more present and in the moment
Sessions are held in office, zoom or by phone. Mobile services available for men needing extra privacy. Sessions are offered by a certified therapist practitioner (male).
